Help me solve the mystery of the Ann-Margret photo

In the late 1990s, I bought furniture and other items from an auction house in Four Oaks, NC. This photo was inside one of my purchases:

Who is in this photo with Ann-Margret? What event are they attending?

Who is in this photo with Ann-Margret? What event are they attending?

I’m pretty sure that’s Ann-Margret in the feathers and turban. But who are the other people? And where are they?

I’m hoping the power of social media can solve this mystery. The original photo —which I cannot find now—had no markings on it.

If you have any idea about the origins of this photo, please leave a comment. Let’s solve this mystery!

  1. Wild guess: It’s her husband Roger Smith and three step-children. Tracey (far left) was born in 1957; sons Jordan and Dallas were born in 1958 and 1961, respectively. I’m bad at guessing ages, but I’d say the photo was taken in the mid-to-late 70s. (Ann-Margret and Roger were married in 1967.)

Char, the clothes made me think mid 70s as well. But I had no idea about anything else beyond that.

    P.S. I love the Internet!
